Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by the Customer

  • More than 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund minus a small processing fee.
  • 24 to 48 hours before pick-up: 50% refund of the total rental amount.
  • Less than 24 hours before pick-up: No refund will be provided.
  • No-show: If the customer fails to pick up the vehicle at the designated time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.

2. Modification of Booking

  • Changes to the booking (e.g., change of dates, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
  • Requests for modifications should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.

3. Early Return Policy

  • If a customer returns the vehicle before the scheduled drop-off time, no refund will be issued for unused rental days.

4. Cancellation by Get My Drive

  • In rare cases where Get My Drive must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, operational issues), the customer will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle, based on preference and availability.
  • If the customer does not agree to an alternative vehicle, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

5. Refund Process

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
  • Any bank or transaction charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.

6. Exceptional Cases

  • In case of an emergency (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), Get My Drive may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund upon verification.
