More than 48 hours before pick-up: Full refund minus a small processing fee.

No-show: If the customer fails to pick up the vehicle at the designated time without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
2. Modification of Booking
Changes to the booking (e.g., change of dates, vehicle type) are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Requests for modifications should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up.
3. Early Return Policy
If a customer returns the vehicle before the scheduled drop-off time, no refund will be issued for unused rental days.
4. Cancellation by Get My Drive
In rare cases where Get My Drive must cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., vehicle unavailability, operational issues), the customer will receive a full refund or an alternative vehicle, based on preference and availability.
If the customer does not agree to an alternative vehicle, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
5. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
Any bank or transaction charges incurred will be deducted from the refund amount.
6. Exceptional Cases
In case of an emergency (e.g., medical emergencies, natural disasters), Get My Drive may, at its discretion, offer a full or partial refund upon verification.
